Villa 88 was a larger-scale project with more extensive requirements, where every space was carefully planned to reflect the client’s needs and lifestyle.

The exterior featured a large pergola, swimming pool, children’s play area, and a distinctive entrance.

Inside the villa, every detail was thoughtfully selected, from the marble and wood details to the open American kitchen, with each space having its own character—from the master bedroom and bathrooms to the children’s rooms.

MODO handled the project from design and material selection through complete finishing, following a clear plan from the beginning and executing each stage accordingly.

The client continues to rely on MODO for additional work and maintenance, and regularly expresses his appreciation for the quality and finishing of the project.
