Mountain View Apartment

The client, based outside Egypt, wanted to bring design ideas and quality standards he had experienced abroad into his own home.

Despite the apartment’s limited space, MODO created a functional design that accommodated all his requirements, including a jacuzzi in the bedroom, an open American kitchen with all appliances, a two-zone reception, a welcome area, and a children’s room with two beds and a play area.

MODO handled the project from 2D & 3D design through quantity surveying, material selection, and complete execution, starting from a red-brick shell.

Working closely with the client remotely, the apartment was fully completed in just three months, achieving the desired quality and finish while respecting the available space and budget.

The result exceeded the client’s expectations, and he continues to appreciate the quality of the work and final finishing.
